Hi,

I would like to set up my ATI Radeon video card with radeon
driver (which was no problem before xorg-7.5). It fails and in my
Xorg.0.log I find this:

 	---------------------------------
[...]
[ 37.975] (II) [KMS] drm report modesetting isn't supported.

Does anyone know what is the matter with this "Module vgahw"?

For your information:
- My system is a
   FreeBSD 9.0-STABLE #0: Mon Jul 2 19:56:43 CEST 2012 amd64,
base system and xorg built with llvm/clang

- I can set up my video card with radeonhd driver - but only up
to a screen resolution of "1680x1050", so I would like to have
back radeon which used to be able to produce "1920x1080".

Thanks for your help

Peter.
