I have upgraded to BIOS 1005A two month ago and I have also checked the cables, I run now 4.3-20010721-STABLE but the problem isn't solved. I have contacted ASUS, they answer that they have not enough ressources to support the customers. I will go to my vendor and told him my problem, I have bough my motherboad when it was released (near january 2001), It's possible that the first models have isssues, ...
