First, like anyone else, we have no control over whether CompUSA picks up a particular product. That's their choice. Talk with CompUSA about what they carry. They have in the past carried FreeBSD, but that is no guarantee of their future offerings. Second, FreeBSD is an open-source project. You can buy it directly from several online retailers if you like, or you could download it in a variety of ways. Of course, the most minimal amount of research could have answered this question for you. Going to http://freebsd.org/ and clicking on "Getting FreeBSD" in the left-hand column would have given you a list of vendors and methods for obtaining it. As with most open-source projects, the FreeBSD effort is primarily a volunteer one. There are methods by which you can purchase professional tech support if that's the quality of service you demand (go to http://freebsd.org/ and click on "Consulting" in the left-hand column); the -questions list, made up of volunteer help, is understandably not as enthusiastic about answering questions that are already clearly answered on the website. :) Good luck.
