I am loading FreeBSD Release4-0 to = replace my NT.=20 However I am failing to complete the installation.

This is what happens.

The setup copies the files

And on the some point this message=20 comes

Remaking all devices

MAKEDEV returned a non-zero = status.

And tells me that setup did not finish=20 successfully.

This is my hardware.

Compaq Proliant with Pentium-Pro=20 Processor

Three 4.3-GB WIDE-ULTRA = SCSI.

3 Compaq DiskArray

At some points when setup completes = successfully=20 the error comes that

No bootable kernel found.
