OK, your Sedlbauer Speedcard support seems to work fine:

isic1: Sedlbauer win speed
isic1: ISAC 2085 Version A1/A2 or 2086/2186 Version 1.1 (IOM-2) (Addr=0x102)
isic1: HSCX 82525 or 21525 Version 2.1 (AddrA=0x103, AddrB=0x105)
isic1 (isdn device <Sedlbauer win speed> sn 0x050049c8) at 0x100 irq 11 drq 0 flags 0x18 id 13

then, when I tried to use isdntest, I had to use the Parameter
-c 0, not (as i expected from the dmesg output) -c 1. Is this a
normal behaviour ?

For isdntest's behaviour then - well, it's identical to the way
it behaves when using a Creatix or an AVM card, and the way it
behaves for Meike and Andreas, that is it causes the kernel to
panic shortly later - Hellmuth, any more ideas on it ?
