Once I get a client order in, it is my job to see if I can fill the
position. In order to do so I must ask people. What on earth gives you the
idea that I deserve abuse by trying to see if I can help my client? No one
deserves abuse! Also, I do not set the pay scale, I convey the needs of the
client to the community. If people are interested, they contact me. The
job market in Eugene is very far behind those of other cities. I am faced
every day with overqualified people just wanting to find a way to get into
their field. There are times when I can help them do that, and that is why
I love my job. In the spirit of the holidays, I strongly encourage you to
act in kindness.

Happy holidays,
Tasha
