I have some port problems on machine which has 128 IPs binded.

My IRCD i ran supposed to be binded to only 216.15.197.52
P:216.15.197.52:::6660

However 6660 binds to all IPs on the server, which should not
be the case, the program made it bind to .52 only.

Is there any cause?
