The server is reporting two errors with your setup.
    1. You don't have an aliases file.
    2. You haven't relaying enabled for your local network.

If you're using 4.1.1+, your aliases file lives in /etc/mail, along with
the the `access' file. Your alias file needs to be updated, and then
`newaliases' run to update the database.

You need to read /usr/src/contrib/sendmail/cf/README for a general
description of the access file. Generally you need to put in:

    4.33.98.23 RELAY

in the access file. You could possibly shorten it so that other
machines on the subnet can relay email as well. Once you made your
changes to the access file, you then run `make' in /etc/mail.

Hope this helps.
