Ah, The Register. Gotta love 'em. They're nice folks, but they do have a 
tendency to print the most inflammatory material they can find and/or 
cast it in the most outrageous possible light. (Their style is very
similar to that of the British tabloids, only they're aimed at a
more technical audience and there's no Page 3 girl. ;-) Their site 
sometimes has good information, but one shouldn't take every bit of 
their over-the-top "gonzo journalism" seriously.
