Hello, everyone. I'm brand new at FreeBSD's way of doing things, and still
a rookie with Linux. I downloaded Kern.flp and MFSROOT.flp and made the
floppies per instructions. Went through the ppp to ftp process and started
downloading. For some reason even though I can normally achieve 3kb/s I was
only able to get 1.4kb/s through the freebsd.org site. Anyway, I choose
most everything BUT the source and font server and it went well all night.
But around noon 2day while in the middle of dl'n the package AFTER docs, I
forget its name. I had to abandon it because I had a prior online
appointment. Now it said "I'm saving what I can". Which is wonderful, but
how do I tell it to resume? Please be very detailed. Also anyway I can get
it to speed up? I know I can only maintain a 26400 connection cause I live
very far from the CO (over 70mi) but still I can almost ALWAYS get
2.7-3.0kb/s and if I'm talking to my friend in oklahoma who has 56k and we
go over icq I can get 5-7kb/s CONSITENTLY.
Thanks

Troy
