BTW, what happened to the idea of adding 'id' attributes to all top-level sections in the books and articles, so there are no x3388.html files on the website? A patch was floating around; I could take a look at updating it tomorrow if nobody minds. IMHO, it would be a good thing to have all our documentation in sensibly-named HTML files...
