This is not a bug repor, and if it is, it doesn't contain nearly enough
information regarding the problem.
If you think this may be a configuration issue, please try mailing the
FreeBSD questions list on questions@FreeBSD.org, and include more information
such as the error from the error logs, relevant snippets from httpd.conf, etc.

If you're sure that this is a bug, then please submit this to the
Apache project at http://bugs.apache.org.  I'd recommend also including
the above information.

If you're sure that this ia a FreeBSD specific bug, then please open a new
PR and include relevant information as per above.
