>Description:

	When extracting distfile for ports/java/linux-jdk13,
	it complains:

	"/usr/ports/distfiles//j2sdk-1_3_0-linux.bin: permission denied"

>How-To-Repeat:

	As root,

	% cd /usr/ports/java/linux-jdk13
	% make extract

>Fix:

I don't know the best way how to fix it,
maybe add a "pre-extract" target to "chmod +x" the distfile?
