Adrian,

It was me.  I would definitely be interested.  I'll check the link and let
you know if I don't find it.  Mostly, I was just looking for something simple
to allow users to access their own directories for file manipulation, not
mail or anything.  But, a totally workable, secure environment would help me
sleep better at night.

Thanks to all who responded.  I'll let you know how it goes.
