This is *way* OT for this list. There are lots of places the problem
could be, and no way to tell where to start looking with that little
information.

A URL to look at would be a good start. Any error messages that show
up in the apache logs would be invaluable. Information about the
network between the machines, if any, wouldn't hurt.
