Please check the following URL: http://www.compaq.com/products/workstations/software-platform/osmatrix.html They ALSO have at least one Intel-based system running FreeBSD in their testdrive center (although they do NOT sell preloaded FreeBSD systems) There is also the ida driver which supports the Compaq SmartRaid controllers.
