The rsync and scp from Cygwin seem to work okay.

There's a Windows NFS client in Windows Services for UNIX Version 3.5, 
which is a free download from MS.  It doesn't sound like fun.

There's sshfs for Windows: http://dokan-dev.net/en/download/
Untested by me, but I like the idea.
