There are plenty of problems to fix in the kernel, 2.2 and 2.1 and another delay of 2 weeks would be bad. The -current kernel works OK with old vfs-handling utilities provided you compile with option "COMPAT_LITE2" and initialize ovfs.vfc_vfsops to non-NULL in sysctl_ovfs_conf(). It took me a week to discover this because I thought that some utilities needed to be fixed first (mainly mount_nfs). Bruce
