SVN diffs of affected ports

Greetings!

I've managed to compile WebKit 2.4.4 using Ports, which involved updating a
couple dependencies.

Along the way, I made installation of some locale files, HTML documentation and
BASH completions optional, hence GIMP included as well. I hope this catches on,
because not everyone needs those installed on their system.

Caveat: I never touched "-reference" and "-gnome" ports, so they likely got
broken.
