Patch to fixes missing dependency on makeinfo and portlint warnings

WARNING: 'makeinfo' is missing on your system.
         You should only need it if you modified a '.texi' file, or
         any other file indirectly affecting the aspect of the manual.
         You might want to install the Texinfo package:
         <http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/>;
         The spurious makeinfo call might also be the consequence of
         using a buggy 'make' (AIX, DU, IRIX), in which case you might
         want to install GNU make:
         <http://www.gnu.org/software/make/>;

=3D=3D=3D>>> make stage failed for lang/guile2
=3D=3D=3D>>> Aborting update

This problem occurs due to the missing dependency on makeinfo.
My patch fixes not only missing dependency, but also portlint warnings in
Makefile.

How to use:
1. Use patch in ports/lang
2. Remove all *.orig from guile2/ and guile2/files/
3. Remove guile2/files/patch-libguile___scm.h (it will has zero size)
4. Use portlint in ports/lang/guile2 to see "looks fine" output
