So you mean that echo $version that gives:
tcsh 6.07.02 (Astron) 1996-10-27 (i386-intel-FreeBSD) options 8b,nls,dl,al,rh

doesn't mean that nls is supported? If not, my apology, otherwise i think
that the tcsh should be switched back to 6.06 (because what i know of that
it works and doesn't have any major faults :)
