I find it annoying having same items listed in multiple menus, e.g.

- Accessories - Bulk Rename
                Orage Globaltime
                Terminal
                Thunar File Manager
                Help

- Office - Orage Globaltime

- System - Bulk Rename
           Terminal
           Thunar File Manager

- Applications Menu - Help

It leads to cluttered menus.
