	The fetch target for libtool14 is broken.

	I understand this is due to GNU's ftp site not being able to
	recreate a trusted tarball, but this is a serious problem as it
	has impacted upon my ability to test the 4.9-RC build myself...

	It would be good if the maintainer could fix the problem ASAP as
	soon as a resolution is forthcoming (either by bumping our own
	version, or if a solution is coming from GNU).
