you need an entry in "mailertable"
But i assume you have it set up:
do.main		esmtp:[jailhost.do.main]

You like to use an option in both sendmail.mc files:
define(`confDONT_PROBE_INTERFACES', `True')dnl

so sendmail domn't search for its names.
