Waaah! Whats that!?!

You *do* run BSD, don't you? Why don't you use the BSD license?
GNU license is a virus.
And I doubt, that it works, but it is a starting point ;-)
(If you realize, that it does nothing, look into InitHack() in
 xmradio's radio.c)
