Hi Tomek,
try this (untested)
PORTNAME= openocd
PORTVERSION= 0.4.0
and then either
DISTNAME= ${DISTNAME}-rc1
or
DISTFILES= ${PORTNAME}-${PORTVERSION}-rc1${EXTRACT_SUFX}
info on these variables can be read from /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk
