I think we should also update memcached to a new version; by the way, I don't think the coverage stuff would buy us anything in non-debug mode, so perhaps it should be disabled for all cases. The only problem I have so far is that I didn't make memcached pass its test cases, which is the reason why I didn't committed the update.
