	It used to be that you added the fqdn or IP to
	/etc/mail/relay-domains, which requires no database
	rebuild...just restart sendmail.  However, if you have support for
	the access.db in sendmail, you can add the host in there.
	Just put a line in a plain file, eg /etc/mail/access, like so:

	192.168		RELAY

	Then from the command line:

	# cd /etc/mail
	# makemap hash access < access
