Subject: Port hooks for kernel (and world?) builds

There are a reasonable number of ports which build KLD's and it would be nice
if they could somehow hook into the kernel build process so that they remain
updated when a new kernel is built (or the source is updated).

Is there anyway that this can be done currently? If not is anyone working on
it? :)

I am thinking a smallish modification to /usr/src/sys/modules/Makefile would
work.. Or is it more complex than that?
