With the exception that the cam support must be reworked for each k3b
version and/or FreeBSD change in cam aria.

On 5.3-BETA{2,3,4} it doesn't get my Plextor PX-708 write speed right.
I've haven't have the time to see if it's a change in bsd or in k3b.
