You cannot use NT bootmanager to boot FreeBSD. 
Suggestion: Create a small (1MB) Dos partition and install
NT so that has its system directory on D: (note that NT counts C: first
partition first drive, D: first partition second drive and so on).
Install FreeBSD on the rest of drive C:.
