 *   (1) Make extra files fatal errors only if they are files -- extra
 *       directories are still included in the list of "extra stuff", but
 *       are not considered fatal (for now).

This means that if a port leaves an extra directory behind, it will
still show up in the "extras.html" list but won't be flagged as an
error.  Extra *files* are still (and will always be) an error, so make
sure you add them to your PLIST.

I eventually plan to turn directories back into errors too, but there
are some false positive issues (mostly revolving around the XFree86-3
pseudo-dependency) that need to be taken care of first.
