I have written small quick&dirty hack for file checking on FreeBSD
ftp servers according to list of mirrors in Handbook. I you want,
it is as ftp://ftp.cz.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD-local/ffcheck/ffcheck
(but I think you can easily grep rsync and cvsup (???) logs?).

Current status for 94 sites:

4.5-RC1.iso (676030464): 28 sites (including ftp.cz.FreeBSD.org)
4.5-RC1-cdboot.iso (676018176): 0 sites (who will be first? :-)

PS: To anybody with commit privs:
In doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors/chapter.sgml, there is
"ftp://ftp3.za.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD/", but it looks that it should be
"ftp://ftp3.za.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/". [Please do not kill me
for not writting a PR...]
