Sounds like a hardware problem to me. I used to have a bsd box freeze up on me because I was mixing and matching (70ns + 60ns) sticks. Luckily for me I had found an option within the mainboard bios which kind of forced it to recognize both if installed as such... --------------------------------oOo------------------------------------ William J.
