powerpc64 has the same issue, that's why it uses lang/gcc8 to build lang/gc=
c9.

Could you restart build after make clean with make USE_GCC=3D8? It will fir=
st
build GCC8, then using that, GCC9.

Note that you could also try FreeBSD head with Clang (Clang is not used by
default now, but it will be soon, for now some base patches are necessary).
