Yeah, that's intentional, more or less.  Justin added the generic "sink"
devices earlier this month.  We didn't have time to make a final decision
on the best way to tell xpt clients that a device is unconfigured.
Whatever we end up doing will probably require a change in the CCB size.

Once we get around to it, you'll probably only be able to see the sink
devices if you specify the -v switch.  (i.e. camcontrol devlist -v)

So, it's nothing to worry about.
