That is not the latest version of the file in svn OR cvs.

        ${_dpms.4} \

.if ${MACHINE_ARCH} == "amd64" || ${MACHINE_ARCH} == "i386"
...
_dpms.4=        dpms.4

And there is a dpms.4 file in that directory, at least there is when I
check it out.
