Whoops,  Let me clear this up.

Is it possible, with FreeBSD, or other OS to setup a stripe set that
utilizes NFS mounted disk as the underlying storage medium? ( network
striping? )

Didn't think it was really appropriate for questions, as it's not,
necessairly, a FreeBSD question.

I don't know what you mean.  Especially "Vinum *or* striping".  Didn't
