I had to do this before going from a version of 9.x/10.x to 11.x :/. I=E2=80=99m not disagreeing with you about the rareness; I=E2=80=99m = just trying to underscore the fact that I=E2=80=99ve had to do it = before, and to be sure the directions are complete, I think it makes = sense to mention running that script.
