I agree that it is a complete OS. I want to use it as a foundation  
for a better
OS. It depends on what you consider complete for the market you
are targeting.

I simply want to add value (in software & service) and then
be able to sell it under my label.

As an example, Sun Solaris and HP-UX are system V based
I believe, but they don't sell it as Sun System V or HP System V.
Each vendor has it's own names and features. That is all I am  
saying / asking.
