No, I run many machines from the same few source trees. When I rebuild a kernel to add a patch to try and fix one of the many bugs in FreeBSD, I lose the ability to debug the other machines when they panic unless I remember to first save the old kernel.debug. This change has negligible impact for those for whom it does not help, and helps the rest of us significantly, so please just give it up.
