I could take a look at it if you don't mind SystemV packaging style.
At least I have the manpages for it and I can see how it seems to
create its filesystem and stream packages.  Most probably I will not
go for stream package compatibility with SysV because I think it's
a proprietary binary format (have to take a look at it, there was
never any need to do that before).

Sadly, it has its bad points in the sense that _all_ files need to be
specified, but at least it is fairly standard (as far as the word
standard means anything in the UNIX world :)
