There's a section 4.4 "Using the Packages System" in the handbook that covers the pkg* command line tools. However, 4.4 does not mention that sysinstall can also be used for package management.

I suggest to add the following to section 4.4:

You can use different tools to manage packages on FreeBSD:
<ul>
<li> Sysinstall lets you install, delete, and list available and installed packages. For more information, see 2.10.11 Install Packages.
<li> The pkg* command line tools, which are described in the following.
</ul>

Also, 4.4.2 "Managing Packages" should be renamed to "Listing Packages" because installing or removing can also be considered as a form of management.
