I've seen it work with the latest linux_lib-2.1, except I made the
following symlinks and ran /compat/linux/sbin/ldconfig

(ttyp0@jake)$ pwd
/compat/linux/usr/lib
(ttyp0@jake)$ ls -l *so.26*
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  16 Nov 13 07:50 libg++.so.26@ -> libg++.so.27.1.4
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  19 Nov 13 07:50 libstdc++.so.26@ -> 
libstdc++.so.27.1.4

It's probably not quite according to hoyle, but the windows come up,
now if it'd just work through our firewall :(
