I know someone who complained about this on his new install of
Red Hat 6.0 -- his ftp client couldn't connect to our FreeBSD
machine. But after he upgraded or reconfigured something on his
machine (I'm not sure what) it worked fine. Nobody else reported
a problem, and we don't have a problem with our linux machines
(not even Red Hat 6.0).
