This is a reference to the issues surrounding the removal of IPF from the
OpenBSD -current tree.

An example license follows that is claimed to solve the problem.

Unfortunately, this is the very license that seems to have caused the
problem.  Please see http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.html for
an example license that is "good enough" for the OpenBSD team (and others
who may need to modify a work for redistribution.
