Did you update the source recently. More specifically did you re-install
boehm-gc? A fix was commited on the first:

 Edit ports/devel/boehm-gc/Makefile
    Add delta 1.9 2000.04.01.04.44.03 mharo
   Edit ports/devel/boehm-gc/files/md5
    Add delta 1.5 2000.04.01.04.44.06 mharo
   Edit ports/devel/boehm-gc/patches/patch-aa
    Add delta 1.7 2000.04.01.04.44.09 mharo

The fix is the same as the one in PR ports/17456. Updated and diff'd my
 local copy.
