  I've uploaded skill-port.tgz to the FreeBSD incoming directory.

  It's a kill(1)/renice(8) utility, with extra features.

BTW: There's a comment on the Makefile:

# Bugs: skill.1 and snice.1 are hard links.  When compressed they
# are changed to independent files.  I'd like to change this...
