Here's the panic message:

syncing disks.....30,30,30,30,30, etc giving up

Then it reboots. Any ideas?

>How-To-Repeat:
Just compile the kernel to recognize 128 megs of RAM and it crashes. Seems to run ok with only 64 megs being used.
