The file /etc/security does this with:

        find $mount -xdev -type f \
                \( -perm -u+x -or -perm -g+x -or -perm -o+x \) \
                \( -perm -u+s -or -perm -g+s \) -print0

Results are stored in /var/log/setuid.today, which can be diffed with
/var/log/setuid.yesterday for interesting information.
